Reservations, Rates, and Policies

At this time, we are only able to take direct reservations via phone or email. Please contact us to inquire about availability and reservations.

Prices are for single or double occupancy per night in U.S. dollars* 

Taxes are 6% Pennsylvania state tax and 5% Tioga County excise tax.

Duchess      $135.00

Queen  $150.00

King       $175.00

* $50.00 per night for each additional guest. Each room can accommodate one roll-away bed

Please call for specific rates for your desired dates, holidays and special events will have a higher rate

We need your credit card information in order to reserve or hold a room, 

but it will not be charged until after your arrival.

You may pay by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. After your arrival you may pay with a different credit card than was used to reserve the room if you prefer.

4:00pm to 8:00pm - please call or email to make other arrangements.

by 11:00am, unless other arrangements are made.

You will not be charged if you cancel at least two days in advance.  If you are unable to cancel or do not show, you will be charged for one night's stay.

This is a NON-SMOKING facility, although you are permitted to smoke on the grounds outside.

We may accept some pets. Please call or email to discuss before booking your room.
